This unique project involved the conversion of an existing assisted living facility to 39 modern apartment units. Working within the existing structural and architectural footprint, we accomplished a thoughtful design that leans into the building’s existing concrete framework with exposed ceilings, exposed hard pipe conduit leading to industrial light fixtures and bright white walls and cabinets which serve as a perfect backdrop for pops of color.
